About This Adaptation:
This beautifully illustrated adaptation of Movement Generation’s work on Just Transition draws explicitly of its useful model of an economy. We make reference to the local South African context, notably the extractivist industries and the experiences of people who live on the fencelines of polluting industries. groundWork also adapted MG’s graphics to this context. The graphic of the just transition from an extractive to a regenerative economy was also produced as a wall poster
